SRS COMPUTERS RMA (Return Material Authorization) Form

In order to return goods back to SRS Computers please note the following.

Please complete this form to return material back to SRS Computers for repairs, upgrades, warranty return/replacement or credit.

Once this form is submitted you will receive an acknowledgment via email that we have received your request and are processing your RMA#.

A second email will follow within 24 business hours with your authorized RMA# (Return #) and detailed instruction including our address for returning your goods.

Important Note About Computer RMAs:
When returning computers please backup your data for each unit. Occasionally it is necessary to re-image your hard drive which could cause a loss of your data. You will be notified ahead of time if this is necessary.
